As Director, Technical Services, managed the development arm of Siteworx. Coordinated efforts to seamlessly progress through User Experience, Design, Development and ultimately delivery. Responsible for personnel management of developers and development managers. Successfully reorganized Tech Services from a matrix to a team based model that allowed for quicker response time to clients, optimized resource allocation and improved career management opportunities.
- Manager and mentor of ~40 web developers of various levels and abilities.
- Managed the successful launch of the Rochester, NY satellite office.
- Account manager for CCCU, College Board and US News and World Report.
- Product manager for Axiom, a Siteworx developed content management system (CMS), and associated modules.
- Successful engagements include:
- Multiple development and publishing efforts for numerous AOL properties, including Autos, Regina Lewis, Support Portal, multiple Blogsmith implementations, and a SuperGrid migration of multiple channels.
